Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children of various age groups, including toddlers, preschoolers, elementary school-age children, and infants Plan and implement engaging activities that promote childhood development, learning, and fun while adhering to age-appropriate guidelines Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, dressing, and nap times for young children and infants Ensure safety by following proper child supervision protocols and behavior management strategies Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, maintaining compliance with mandated reporting laws Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns Support children with disabilities by adapting activities and providing personalized caregiving tailored to individual needs Experience Prior experience working with children across various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles is highly valued Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience planning age-appropriate activities for young children and managing classroom or group settings Certification in first aid and CPR is required; ongoing training in childhood safety protocols is a plus Familiarity with mandated reporting laws related to child welfare is essential Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration Join us to make a meaningful impact by nurturing young minds and supporting families through dedicated caregiving.
