Thrive at Brow Wood Assisted Living and Memory Care are looking for caregivers to love and care for our residents like they would members of their own families. Do you have a love for people? Enjoy building deep and meaningful relationships? And are looking for an exceptional work environment? We value ALL people, meaning our residents, their families AND our team members. It's refreshing! We work hard because we love what we do. The duties of a Caregiver involve building relationships and understanding our residents, learning their history, what motivates them, and what gives them purpose, as well as assisting them with all activities that are essential to their daily lives. Some need a little help, some need a lot, but all need to be cared about! You will need strong communication skills, and a strong desire to build meaningful relationships with our residents, their families, and your teammates. Likewise, you will need to be an adaptable and driven person who strives to execute flawlessly on all initiatives and tasks you are presented with!
