Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• Bachelor's degree in social services or related field is preferred
• 21 years of age or older
• Two to five years' experience working with adolescents, preferably in a group setting
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to present yourself in a professional manner with all key players: residents, staff members, family members, donors, etc. Key Responsibilities
• Supervises Residential Life staff under the direction of the Residential Life Coordinator
• Conducts routine residential setting responsibilities
• Assists with development of residential service plans
• Treat both residents and staff with respect - acting as a role model for both.
• Orients new residents to campus
• Conducts weekly reviews of MAR to ensure accuracy
• Coordinates monthly client surveys
• Manages resident's behavior that is consistent with Mindset, the merit system, residential service plans and the safety plans
• Ensure all documentation completed by staff before leaving shift
• Accurately administers, monitors and record medication to residents
• Teaches independent learning skills: Housekeeping, proper manners, personal hygiene, dressing appropriately
• Supports the philosophy that promotes strength-based, family and community-focused activities
