Job Description

The position holder will lead team members and set the standards as well ;as the workflow for the day. This is in conjunction with assisting our residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADL) while making meaningful connections with each of them. Common ADLs include safe transferring, assistance with personal hygiene, memory care stimulation, and social interaction. Above all, you will exhibit a passion for serving seniors and contributing to the positive environment and fosters the team's culture and morale. Essential Responsibility Maintains a positive working relationship with all residents, resident family members, and guests. Serves as a positive role model to team members creating and maintaining a positive work environment that promotes great teamwork. Maintains high degree of resident, family and guest satisfaction and retention through consistent delivery of high-quality services. Maintain a positive image with the Community. Maintain an atmosphere of stability. Assist residents with performance of activities as indicated in their care plan. Assist residents with performance of treatments as indicated in their care plan. Assist residents with emotional health and/or behavioral expressions as indicated in their care plan. Assist in development and revision in our resident's care plans by informing the department leader of residents needs and preferences, as well as successful service approaches. Completed all documentation needed throughout and no later than the end of shift. Continuously maintain knowledge of the policy and procedures of The Timbers. Effectively and appropriately communicate with other co-worker and community leaders. Regular and predictable attendance. Address caregiving concerns and questions from other team members. Assist in the dining room, table touches, covering breaks, and being a tour scout for the Director of Sales. Communicate professionally and appropriately with families. Residents, and 3rd party providers. Actively participate in correcting deficiencies identified during internal and external surveys. Immediately report and workplace injuries to your direct Supervisor. Attend all in-services, training staff meetings, and department meetings. Supervisor Qualifications Education:
High School Diploma or equivalant
Technical or Professional License Certifications:
CNA preferred
Experience:
1-2 years of related work experience preferred
