Position Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Home Health Caregivers to assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) in their homes. The ideal candidate is dependable, experienced, and passionate about providing high-quality care to seniors and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities:

✔Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming) ✔ Provide mobility support (transfers, repositioning, fall prevention) ✔ Assist with meal preparation and feeding if needed ✔ Perform light housekeeping and laundry as required ✔ Offer companionship and emotional support ✔ Medication reminders (no administration) ✔ Document daily care and report any concerns to the care team ✔ Transport clients to appointments or errands (if applicable)

Requirements:

Experience:

1+ years in home care, assisted living, or hospital setting preferred

Certifications:

CNA or PCA Required. (We can help you obtain a PCA within 30 days)

Background Check:

Must pass a comprehensive background check

Reliable Transportation:

Must have a valid driver's license and insurance (if transporting clients)

Availability:
