Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety, and promoting their overall well-being. This role requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Help with meal preparation and cooking nutritious meals tailored to client preferences. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Assist clients with mobility, including lifting and transferring when necessary. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to family members or healthcare professionals. Support clients with memory care needs, ensuring their dignity and respect for resident rights. Skills Experience in nursing or caregiving roles is preferred; familiarity with behavioral health is a plus. Knowledge of resident rights and the ability to advocate for clients effectively. CPR certification is highly desirable. Strong cooking skills to prepare healthy meals for clients. Ability to lift clients safely, ensuring their comfort during transfers or mobility assistance.
