Overview 2540 Homecare is seeking compassionate, dependable, and professional caregivers to provide personalized, one-on-one support to clients in their homes. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, safety, and quality of life by assisting with everyday activities and providing meaningful companionship. We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy serving others and can provide reliable, respectful care. Previous caregiving experience is welcomed, including experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide (HHA), or caring for a family member. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal hygiene Assist with walking, mobility, transfers, repositioning, and use of approved assistive equipment when required Provide companionship, conversation, and meaningful engagement Prepare meals according to client preferences and dietary needs Assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry related to the client's care Provide medication reminders according to the client's established care plan Observe and report changes in a client's condition or behavior Complete accurate documentation of services provided Follow individualized care plans and company policies Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality Qualifications Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and follow an established care plan Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and transfers Ability to pass required background screening Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred Experience in home care, personal care, assisted living, senior care, memory care, hospice, or a related setting is preferred. CNA, PCA, HHA, CPR, and First Aid credentials are welcomed but are not required for all caregiver positions.
