Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals across various age groups and needs. Duties Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to ensure comfort and safety. Support children's development through engaging activities that promote early childhood education, behavior management, and social skills. Provide specialized care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diapering, and age-appropriate play. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs while maintaining a safe environment at all times. Support individuals with disabilities by helping with mobility, communication, and personal care tasks. Encourage participation in educational activities like teaching basic skills or classroom routines in daycare or preschool settings. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and communicate effectively with families or team members about progress or concerns. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or in childcare settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, or nannying is highly preferred. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Certifications in first aid and CPR are required to ensure safety during emergencies. Experience with behavior management techniques and working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate caregiving while maintaining professionalism and patience. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and clients. Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs and maintain a positive attitude in dynamic environments.
