Closely supervise and maintain awareness of children at all times.
Under the guidance of the teacher/teacher assistant, use Grow Early Learning School Readiness goals to plan and implement curriculum activities and experiences for children daily on the appropriate lesson plan.
Assist teacher/teacher assistant with writing developmentally appropriate observations to assess childrens development according to timelines.

Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Dual Language Caregiver (English/Spanish) to join our team in Valdosta, GA.Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GEDBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications:
Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or state equivalency Bilingual (English/Spanish or Creole, as applicable) requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience working with individuals of diverse backgroundResponsibilities:
Follow policies, procedures and guidelines described in Grow Early Learning content area manuals, Child Care Licensing and OHS Requirements. Adhere to and practice Grow Early Learning Positive Guidance Policy.Closely supervise and maintain awareness of children at all times.
