Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Meal preparation and encouraging proper nutrition and hydration Companionship and meaningful conversation Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment Assistance with transfers and ambulation Medication reminders Transportation to appointments and errands when appropriate Following the client's individualized plan of care Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Providing dementia and Alzheimer's support when applicable Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and independence Communicating professionally with the client, family, and Silver Companions team We're Looking forSomeone Who Is:
