TLC Care Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Professional to join our team in Hawaii. As a Caregiver, you will provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to patients, including taking medical histories, conducting exams, and developing treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on healthcare and wellness topics Record and maintain accurate patient medical records Things We Look For (Not Required): A degree in a healthcare field (e.g. nursing, medicine, etc.) Experience in a healthcare setting Strong communication and interpersonal skills A passion for providing exceptional patient care

Qualifications:

Current CPR/First Aid Certification Current TB test Valid Driver's License Valid Vehicle Insurance Must Live on the

Big Island Hourly Rate:

Non-CNA $18/hr, CNA $20/hr
