• 25 per hour (based on experience, reliability, availability, and client needs) Job type: Part-time/ Contract Legacy Home Care is a small, locally owned agency serving seniors in Cedar Rapids, Marion, and nearby Linn County. We are hiring one reliable part-time caregiver to cover two established clients starting next week. The schedule Client 1 — Mondays & Thursdays, 9:00 a.m
• 12:00 p.m., Marion, Ongoing Client 2 — Tuesdays & Fridays, 9:00 a.m
• 1:00 p.m. or 10:00 a.m
• 2:00 p.

m., NE Cedar Rapids, short term care, likely 2-4 weeks, may be longer What you'll do Companionship and a calm, respectful presence Help with meals, light housekeeping, and daily routines Medication reminders and safety support Personal care: bathing/showering, grooming, dressing, toileting/incontinence care, mobility and transfers Clear, timely communication with the office and family Who we're looking for Reliability is the #1 requirement. We have had no-show issues on one of these cases and need someone who shows up on time, every scheduled shift.

Also needed:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Warm, professional manner with older adults Caregiving, CNA, or HHA experience 2 references willing to speak to your experience, reliability and communication What we offer $20

• 25/hour Consistent weekday daytime hours Direct communication with the owner Small caseload so you can actually know the clients Potential for more hours in the future, or keep hours small to work around another position
