One Vision is hiring Full-Time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Clear Lake for a consistent back-end schedule. Why You'll Love This Schedule Three 12-hour shifts. Four days off. Full-time employment. You'll work every Saturday Night plus two additional Nights between Sunday-Tuesday, for a total of 36 hours per week. Every Saturday Night + 2 Nights between Sunday-Tuesday 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week 4 days off each week Consistent, predictable schedule This schedule is a great fit if you want full-time hours while working fewer days each week. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build independence, participate in their community, and live life on their terms.

Your shift may include:

Supporting daily activities such as cooking, personal care, laundry, and household tasks Helping individuals build independence and confidence Going on community outings, activities, appointments, and events Providing transportation using approved vehicles Assisting with medications according to training and procedures Supporting grocery shopping and personal finances Completing electronic documentation Building positive, meaningful relationships with the people you support You Don't Need Experience to Make an Impact Great DSPs come from all kinds of backgrounds.
