As a Caregiver, you will assist residents with daily living activities with the goal of enhancing each resident's quality of life. Administer medication reminders and/or medication after completing nurse delegation. Provide showering/bathing and personal hygiene assistance. Get the residents dressed and ready in the morning, evening, and/or as needed. Assists residents with ambulation. Observe and report changes in the residents condition to the Nurse Supervisor. Completes work, and care documentation with accuracy and within a specified time frame. Maintains current knowledge of all applicable resident care policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Complete Mandatory yearly in-service training Professional, pleasant and helpful attitude Capable of respecting privacy and confidential information
