Home Instead is looking for a Care Professional who understands that great dementia care is more than simply being present. We're looking for someone who can engage, redirect, anticipate needs, and stay close when safety matters most. This weekday assignment supports a gentleman living at home in Edgewood area with Parkinson's disease and dementia who is also receiving hospice services . He remains conversational, has a great sense of humor, and enjoys westerns, golf magazines, puzzles, cards, his cats, and spending time with people who genuinely engage with him.

Pay & Benefits Competitive Pay:

$16.00-$18.00/hour Paid training, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employer-sponsored health benefits, 401(k) with company match up to 4%, and 24/7 on-call assistance. Shift Schedule Tuesday and Wednesday 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm This is a consistent 16-hour-per-week opportunity. Fill in shifts may become available Other shifts with clients within a 25 mile radius may also be available What We're Looking For This role specifically prioritizes companionship, mental stimulation, and fall prevention over housekeeping.
