Job Duties include:
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques.
- Monitor residents' health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interactions to promote overall well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, following all infection control protocols.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure resident privacy and confidentiality.
