Kindness | Commitment | Integrity | Accountability | Collaboration About the Role As a Universal Caregiver, you'll give hands-on, compassionate care to residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods. Every weekend morning, you'll help residents start their day with comfort, dignity, and a smile. What You'll Do Help residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Assist with meals, hydration, and light housekeeping Support residents living with dementia with patience and kindness Watch for changes in residents' health or behavior and report them to the nurse Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families Live out our mission, vision, and Village Values every shift What We're Looking For A caring heart and a desire to serve seniors CNA certification preferred but not required (we're happy to train the right person) Dependable weekend availability Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, and assist with transfers throughout the shift Ready to Join Our Village?
