What You'll Do Help residents with daily needs including dressing, bathing, meals, and personal care. Spend time with residents and encourage connection, independence, and fun. Keep an eye on residents' well-being and communicate any changes or concerns. Work alongside an awesome team to provide personalized, compassionate care. Help create a safe, positive, and welcoming environment where residents can thrive. Treat every resident with the dignity, patience, and respect they deserve.
