Care Advocate:

Must be 18 years or older High school diploma (preferred) Valid driver's license and auto insurance coverage Have a professional and friendly attitude

Core Job Duties:

Build rapport with clients, engaging in conversation and providing companionship Assist clients with their prescribed health plan Assist with non-medical hygiene and personal care needs Monitor and report changes in physical and mental health behavior Ensure the client's home is organized and safety measures are in place Provide emotional support and encouragement Assist with mobility needs Provide client with transportation What HCAN offers: Competitive wages ranging $15.50-$17.00 an hour, depending on experience Paid mileage Flexible schedule Bonus opportunities Team potlucks/rewards and recognition meals An open, honest, and fun culture This is a very rewarding position for someone who loves serving others!
