We seek top-notch individuals who want to make a difference not only in our organization but in the community at large. We have clients with Developmental Disabilities who need help in their home and community. The majority of our clients are extremely social and love to have deep conversations, go shopping, do things in their home, and find fun things to do in the community. During your shift, you might do things such as: Take them in the community to attend local activities and events. Find recipes, plan meals, grocery shop, and help them cook meals. Encourage them to take care of their home and their self-care. Create a budget and follow it. Maintain relationships with family members and friends. Take them to appointments for support. Model Socially acceptable behavior. Bond over movies, music, videogames, etc.

Set weekly schedules:

36 hrs one weekend

• Sun /Mon/Tue 8am-8pm $2496-2558/month average gross 36 hrs two weekends
• Fri/ Sat/Sun 8am-8pm $2535-2613/month average gross 48 hrs one weekend
• Sun /Mon/Tue/Wed 8am-8pm $3414-3482/month average gross 48 hrs two weekends
• Fri/ Sat/Sun /Mon 8am-8pm $3450-3515/month average gross
