Full-Time AM Caregiver/Med Tech - Assisted Living Paramount Parks at Eagle Paramount Parks at Eagle is seeking a compassionate, dependable AM Caregiver/Med Tech to join our Assisted Living team. We are looking for someone who values consistent attendance, takes pride in providing quality care, and wants to grow with our community long term.

Schedule:

Full-time, Sunday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Fridays and Saturdays off Benefits Available After 60

Holiday Pay Responsibilities:

Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and other daily needs. Administer medications and complete accurate documentation according to training, nurse delegation, and facility procedures. Complete two-hour toileting rounds and follow individualized care plans. Observe and promptly report changes in residents' conditions to the nurse. Complete charting and incident reports accurately and on time. Assist with meals, hydration, laundry, and light housekeeping. Participate in shift pass-down and communicate clearly with coworkers. Provide respectful, patient care that supports residents' dignity and independence.

Qualifications:

Previous Med Tech experience required; assisted living experience preferred. Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with a team. Strong attention to detail and communication skills. Dependable transportation and the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts. Availability to work the assigned schedule, including holidays that fall on scheduled workdays.
