Requirements:
Pass State/National Background Check Personal vehicle, valid driver's license, clean driving record and auto insurance 24/7 Caregiver Support Paid Orientation/Training Paid milage in between clients Companion Care Personal Care Peace of Mind Sitter Service Light Housekeeping (vacuum, sweep/mop, dusting, washing dishes, laundry, clean bathroom) Shower Aide (assist/standby) Transport (shopping, appointments, errands, etc) Medication Reminders Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Provide companionship and emotional support. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan and applicable regulations. Assist with safe transfers, walking, and use of mobility equipment. Monitor and report changes in the client's condition, behavior, or needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Respect client privacy, personal preferences, cultural practices, and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with family members, supervisors, and other members of the care team. Follow the client's individualized care plan in WellSky and all applicable safety procedures.Work Location:
