The Opportunity We're hiring a PRN (as-needed) Med-Tech to provide flexible coverage across all shifts — days, evenings, and overnights. This is not a high-volume facility. You'll know your residents by name and work alongside a tight-knit team. PRN staff are a critical part of how we keep coverage strong, so we're looking for someone with a wide range of availability, including the ability to pick up short-notice and last-minute shifts. Pay

• $20.00/hr ( Must be Med-Tech certified) What You'll Do
• Administer medications per resident care plans
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Monitor and document resident health and behavior changes
• Communicate with the care team, nurses, and families
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
• Lead resident activities per the activities calendar and as directed by management
• Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth What We're Looking For
• Current Idaho Med-Tech certification required
• Prior caregiving experience required
• Wide, flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to respond to shift-coverage requests on short notice
• Ability to pass a background check
• Dependable, team-oriented, and emotionally mature
• Comfortable with hands-on personal care, including two-person assists Shifts Available
