About Us The Ponderosa Estate is a boutique luxury assisted living home in Eagle, Idaho, offering personalized, high-quality care in a warm, home-like environment. We're a small, close-knit team that takes pride in genuinely knowing and serving our residents. We have high standards for who joins our team, and we're looking for caregivers who take their craft seriously. The Opportunity We're hiring a PRN (as-needed) Med-Tech to provide flexible coverage across all shifts — days, evenings, and overnights. This is not a high-volume facility. You'll know your residents by name and work alongside a tight-knit team. PRN staff are a critical part of how we keep coverage strong, so we're looking for someone with a wide range of availability, including the ability to pick up short-notice and last-minute shifts. Pay
- $20.00/hr ( Must be Med-Tech certified) What You'll Do
- Administer medications per resident care plans
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
- Monitor and document resident health and behavior changes
- Communicate with the care team, nurses, and families
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment
- Lead resident activities per the activities calendar and as directed by management
- Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and genuine warmth What We're Looking For
- Current Idaho Med-Tech certification required
- Prior caregiving experience required
- Wide, flexible availability across days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to respond to shift-coverage requests on short notice
- Ability to pass a background check
- Dependable, team-oriented, and emotionally mature
- Comfortable with hands-on personal care, including two-person assists Shifts Available
