Overview :

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Prior training and hands on experience with transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts, gait belts, sit to stands, and slide boards.
• Ability to assist with all general ADLs (including but not limited to: dressing, bathing, meal prep, feeding, toileting, incontinence care, light housekeeping).
• 2+ years professional experience caregiving and ability to work independently at current skill level without additional training.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to commute reliably to shifts.

Clients:

• Our clients are primarily seniors aging in place at home.

This is an opportunity for you to work directly with clients as an independent caregiver.

Schedule:

Part time, Full Time, Weekdays, Weekends. We work with clients with all types of schedules! There are often flexible schedule opportunities to work around existing jobs or clients.

Compensation:

• Our average client offers $21

Client/CG Interview process:

We believe that the details matter . We meet our clients for in person interviews, right in the comfort of their own home. We ask the right questions to learn about their needs and what is most important to them when it comes to caregiving services. Through our caregiver interviews we get detailed information about your current skill level, preferences, and important considerations for new clients. There is a complete vetting process that includes a professional background check and reference calls completed prior to client referral.
