Job Description

Overview Silverstone Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care. This role requires a nurturing attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while following care plans. We offer weekly pay to all of our caregivers, and you can get early access to your wages with Daily Pay. Other benefits include PTO and medical insurance. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming. Prepare nutritious meals tailored to clients' dietary needs and preferences. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being. Monitor patients' health by observing and reporting any changes in condition or behavior. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including lifting or transferring clients as necessary. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client progress. Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or appointments.
Skills:
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with dementia care, long-term care practices, and patient monitoring is advantageous. Knowledge of CPR and first aid is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers and healthcare staff.
