JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and caring In-Home Non-Skilled Caregiver to provide assistance and companionship to clients in their homes. The caregiver will help clients with activities of daily living while supporting their comfort, safety, independence, and dignity.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Provide assistance with toileting and continence care as permitted by the care plan. Assist with mobility, walking, transferring, and positioning. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Provide medication reminders, but do not administer medications unless legally authorized. Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with errands and shopping when appropriate. Observe and report changes in the client's condition to the supervisor or appropriate family member. Follow the client's care plan and all applicable Idaho requirements. Maintain client privacy, dignity, and confidentiality.

QUALIFICATIONS

Compassionate, patient, and dependable. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a client's home. Ability to perform the physical duties required for the position. Previous caregiving experience is preferred but may not be required. Must successfully complete any required background checks, training, and employment screening. Reliable transportation may be required depending on the assignment.

Discounted Gym Membership Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
