Care Professional — SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls At SYNERGY HomeCare of Idaho Falls, we're a locally owned, family-run home care team looking for a compassionate Care Professional to support clients navigating aging, memory loss, recovery, or disability with hands-on personal care, companionship, and genuine connection. The ideal candidate brings experience in home care, assisted living, or senior/dementia/hospice care, has a reliable vehicle, CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified), and — most importantly — a heart for service and a commitment to treating every client like family; in return, we offer a caregiver advancement track (Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond), ongoing training, and real support as you grow with us.
