Company Overview We are dedicated to advocating for adults with developmental disabilities by providing high-quality services tailored to individual needs. Our organization has a rich history of developing innovative programs that promote independence, community integration, and personalized support for our participants. Looking for a sleep shift that allows you to rest, recharge AND get paid? You would be working with adults with Developmental Disabilities. You would be assisting with things such as encouraging them to make and clean up from dinner, plan nightly activities, light cleaning and lots of conversations. They also enjoy watching movies, playing games and just chilling. Sleep, do homework, scroll Facebook, or just enjoy free time while they sleep! Schedule-These are 12hr shifts with paid sleep time 36 hrs/wk; Thurs/Fri/Sat 7pm-7am @ $1825
