Our organization has a longstanding history of delivering high-quality support across multiple programs, including behavioral health, supported living, and employment services. Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Direct Support Provider-Days to join our team. In this vital role, you will deliver personalized care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities during daytime hours. Your efforts will help enhance the quality of life for our participants by fostering independence, ensuring safety, and promoting positive behavioral and health outcomes. Duties Take them in the community to attend local activities and events. Find recipes, plan meals, grocery shop, and help them cook meals. Encourage them to take care of their home and their self-care. Create a budget and follow it. Maintain relationships with family members and friends. Take them to appointments for support. Model Socially acceptable behavior.

Schedule:

These are 12hr shifts from 7am-7pm-Everyone must work a Sat or Sun Sun/Mon/Tue/Wed/7am-7pm/48hrs/$3605

•3830/month average gross Sun/Thurs/Fri/7am-7pm/36hrs/$2605
