Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to individuals with developmental disabilities, promoting their health, independence, and overall well-being. Duties As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals in their home community.

Your duties will include:

Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Providing direct support with daily routines, including meal preparation and medication management Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the team Engaging in social activities and group home settings Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for individuals in your care Assisting with lifting and transferring individuals when necessary Driving individuals to appointments, social events, and other activities as required Participating in working people developmental programs and activities Maintaining accurate records of care and services provided Experience The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, either in a group home setting or in-home care environment. Prior experience with meal preparation, vital signs, and direct support is highly preferred. A strong understanding of working people developmental disabilities and the ability to provide lifts when necessary are essential. Skills
