Caregivers & CNAs - Live-In Home Care Positions StayWell Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for LIVE-IN home care positions to provide high-quality, personalized in-home care. This is a rewarding opportunity for experienced caregivers who are dedicated to improving quality of life through hands-on support, companionship, and reliable care in a client's home. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide medication reminders according to the care plan Prepare meals based on dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping to maintain a safe, clean environment Provide companionship and engage clients in daily routines and activities Safely assist with transfers and mobility (gait belt, Hoyer lift when applicable) Observe and report changes in condition to the care team or family Follow individualized care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Skills & Qualifications Prior caregiver or CNA experience preferred Experience with dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, or complex care Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Compassionate, patient, and dependable Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a criminal background check TB test How to Apply To apply with StayWell Home Care, please complete our online application:
