Valid Driver's License

6 months experience as a Caregiver (Professional or Familial)

Effective verbal and written communication

Capable of working responsibly with confidential information

Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement

Some of the responsibilities include:

Meal Preparation

Housekeeping

Companionship

Transportation Assistance

Other light duties as assigned External Job Description Assists patients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming,and toileting

Prepares meals and special diets

Performs general housekeeping activities

Provides transportation assistance to and from activities

Provides compassionate companionship to patients

Other duties as assigned Qualifications Eighteen years of age or older

Ability to communicate both verbal and written

Capable of working responsibly with confidential information
