Job Description

Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Polish Speaking Caregiver to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to individuals in various care settings. This vital role involves assisting residents with daily activities, monitoring health and safety, and fostering a warm, respectful environment. Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor residents' health by checking vital signs, observing for changes, and reporting findings promptly Administer medication following care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Support residents with meal preparation, feeding assistance, and ensuring proper nutrition Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, resident progress, and incident reports in accordance with facility policies Engage in patient observation to identify potential health concerns or behavioral changes, especially for individuals with dementia or autism Qualifications Intermediate to good Polish is required; proficiency in English is highly preferred Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, memory care, Experience with patient monitoring, first aid, CPR certification, and manual handling techniques. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and resident's rights to ensure privacy and dignity Ability to assist with ADLs and provide compassionate personal care support to individuals with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and teamwork Join us to provide heartfelt care that enhances quality of life! Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
