GED Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Provides compassionate and dignified care while guiding residents through their activities of daily living Connects with residents and family members in a compassionate and impactful manner, creating a lasting and positive experience Engages in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences Complies with all rules and regulations regarding confidentiality and privacy of resident information Performs any other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High School graduate or GED equivalent required Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Must demonstrate the ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity
