Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide assistance to elderly or disabled individuals in their homes or residential facilities. The Caregiver will assist clients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
Duties:
  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks
  • Monitor and administer medication under the direction of a nurse or family member
  • Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
  • Keep accurate records of care provided
Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
  • Knowledge of resident rights and dignity preservation
  • Experience in medication administration
  • Familiarity with dementia care techniques
  • Valid driver's license for transportation needs
  • Background in home care or direct support services
  • Understanding of long-term care principles
  • Ability to assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
