12 Hour Weekend Shifts - Caregiver (Part-Time and Full-Time) Job Summary HomeWell Care Services Crystal Lake is seeking a compassionate and patient caregiver to support a woman with cerebral palsy in a warm, family-centered home. As a Caregiver with HomeWell, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and assistance with daily living activities while promoting independence and dignity.
