Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure health stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols while maintaining detailed documentation within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing personalized memory care strategies and behavior management techniques Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and assist residents during meal times to promote proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control standards are met Drive residents to appointments or activities when required, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules
