Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure health stability Administer medications accurately following prescribed schedules and protocols while maintaining detailed documentation within Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems Support residents with dementia or Alzheimer's by implementing personalized memory care strategies and behavior management techniques Prepare nutritious meals aligned with dietary restrictions and assist residents during meal times to promote proper nutrition and hydration Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning resident areas and ensuring infection control standards are met Drive residents to appointments or activities when required, ensuring safe transportation and adherence to schedules

Qualifications Schedule:

Hourly (Mon-Fri | 9am - 12pm)

Preferred Carer:

Female Prior experience in senior care, assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings is highly preferred Knowledge of caregiving skills including assisting with ADLs, medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and behavior management Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are advantageous; willingness to obtain necessary training is expected Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia enhances your ability to provide personalized care Ability to operate EMR systems for documentation purposes accurately and efficiently Strong communication skills coupled with patience, empathy, and a positive attitude toward resident well-being Valid driver's license for transportation duties; clean driving record preferred Join us in creating a warm, supportive environment where every individual receives the respectful care they deserve.
