Position Details:
Assist with personal care such as dressing, bathing, eating and grooming You will live with the client until they end care. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLS) Assist client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care. Report any changes you observed to office and nurse. Assist with light housekeeping such as laundry, meal preparation, and keeping clients home neat and tidy. Must be okay with pets - client does have a dog Driver needed- you can use the clients car •You will live with the client 7/10-9/6•

Excellent communication skills Must be able to stand walk, squat, bend, kneel, twist, push and pull. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Negative TB skin test or chest x-ray Must be 18 years old or older Ability to pass criminal background check and drug screening Must have drivers license
