Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals regarding care plans and any changes in health status. Document care provided and report any concerns or incidents promptly. Skills Experience or knowledge in in-home care services. Familiarity with outpatient care settings. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families. Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively.
