This is a Salaried position. Overview Travel across supported OSF locations will be expected. Saint Anthony Medical Center, Saint James - John W. POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Quality Specialist supports the monitoring, analysis, and improvement of clinical quality performance across the operating unit. This role is responsible for evaluating performance on regulatory, pay-for-performance, and publicly reported metrics, and partnering with clinical and operational teams to drive improvement initiatives. The Clinical Quality Specialist serves as a subject matter resource on clinical quality definitions and performance methodologies, connecting stakeholders across quality, coding, clinical documentation integrity (CDI), and revenue cycle to ensure accurate measurement and optimal outcomes. This role utilizes data, analytics, and predictive insights to inform strategy and support achievement of organizational quality goals.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Associate degree

Experience:

2 years of healthcare experience in a quality or clinical role

Licensure/ Certification:

Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) within 3 years of hire into role and must maintain certification.

Other Skills/ Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:

Associate degree in nursing

Experience:

Experience with CMS programs, eCQMs, or registry reporting. Experience with data analytics tools and performance dashboards.

Licensure/ Certification:

Active RN license or current state license in field of study OSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
