Schedule:

Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 9 pm-5 am, 8 hours. Starts July 28th until end of August. •

Location:

Frankfort, IL 60423 near The Home Depot by S La Grange Rd and W Saint Francis Rd.

Client:

Male client, lives with wife, very pleasant and kind family. No pets. Further details will be given upon request. Client prefers a caregiver who can speak Filipino/Tagalog. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), which may include dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. Specifically assist with the client's bedtime routine. Monitor clients' health by observing physical, mental, and behavioral changes; report these findings to your supervisor. Provide medication reminders ONLY. Provide companionship to promote mental and emotional well-being. Fill out and submit the appropriate forms/records needed to keep track of your clients' care and progress. Provide updates to the supervisor regarding the client's care. Requirements Valid form of identification (state ID/driver's license, passport, etc.) Experience within the field is preferred Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; additional certifications such as HIPAA training or dementia/Alzheimer's care are a plus Compassionate attitude combined with excellent communication skills to build trust and rapport with residents and team members Apply in person at the Bloomingdale office, and must pass the background check.
