Job Description

Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP)- A career of caring CTF Illinois is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated people to join our team. Together we can empower each person we support with developmental disabilities to live the life they want to live. As a lead direct support professional, you will provide support and guidance as an experienced DSP. You will ensure each person's Personal Plan is implemented and choices on their life are offered and respected.
A DSPs responsibilities include:
Daily Living As a Lead DSP you will assist people with developmental disabilities in their home with daily living skills such as medication administration, meal prep, cooking, dressing, hygiene, and keeping their home clean. Community A Lead DSP encourages the people they support to be active in their community by assisting them in attending events, clubs, and shows, and visiting local establishments like their favorite restaurants and shops. Benefits and Pay Range:
Lead DSP's earn $22.80 per hour once training is complete. Set Schedule! Monday-Friday 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM. No Weekends! Requirements and Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old Accredited high school diploma or GED Successful completion of criminal, DCFS, and MVR background checks Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Certified DSP with at least one year of experience Experience in education, social services, recreation, behavioral health, or caregiving a plus Expected hours: 40 per week
