Compensation & Benefits Starting Pay:

Program:

Earn an additional $1.00 per hour when working 36 or more hours per week Position Responsibilities As a Home Instead Care Professional, you may: Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and hygiene Support toileting and incontinence care needs Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and assist with nutrition Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide medication and appointment reminders Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community activities Support individuals living with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia Help promote a safe, comfortable, and engaging home environment Minimum Qualifications Candidates must: Be at least 21 years of age Reside within 25 miles of Jacksonville Possess a valid driver's license Have a reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance Be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week Have at least one year of caregiving experience, either professional or personal Be comfortable using basic mobile technology and applications Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Be able to bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and reach as required Successfully pass a criminal background check, motor vehicle screening, and drug screening Ideal Candidate The successful candidate will demonstrate: Compassion and patience Professionalism and reliability Strong communication skills A commitment to providing exceptional care The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment Schedule Availability Weekday and weekend shifts offered Morning, afternoon, evening, & overnight schedules available Flexible scheduling based on client needs and caregiver availability Join Our Team If you are passionate about serving seniors and are seeking a career where your work has a direct and meaningful impact on the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
