Lincoln Square is looking to hire Direct Service Professionals in a 8 bed, 24 hour a day CILA home.

EVENINGS

(2pm-12am OR 3pm

• 12am) and

OVERNIGHTS

(12am-12pm OR 12am-9am)/ with rotating weekends. MUST be available for overnights/weekends. Not currently hiring for day shift. Qualifications for Direct Service Professional DSP certificate preferred but not required. Training will be provided as needed. CPR/First Aid is a plus but also not required. Training will be provided as needed. High School diploma or GED required. Clear background required. Reliable means of transportation to work with valid IL driver's license. Responsibilities for Direct Service Professional Household type work

• meal prep, cooking, cleaning, laundry, etc. Personal care of individuals
• assisting with feeding, bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, etc. Activities
• assisting with engaging individuals in fun activities and outings within the community. Medication Administration
• assisting with administering medications (pills, creams/ointments, diabetes care, etc.

). Training provided as needed by nursing staff.
