. Caregivers & CNAs - Home Care Positions StayWell Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable Caregivers and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for hourly positions to provide high-quality in-home and community-based care. No prior experience is required-we provide paid training for the right candidates. Responsibilities Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration as directed by the care plan Monitor and document client health status, including vital signs and behavioral changes Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe environment Follow individualized care plans while maintaining HIPAA compliance and confidentiality Safely use transfer equipment such as Hoyer lifts and gait belts Observe and report changes in condition to supervisors or family members Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities Follow all safety protocols, including CPR and First Aid procedures Skills & Qualifications Caregiver or CNA experience preferred but not required (paid training provided) Knowledge of dementia, Alzheimer's, memory care, hospice, or disability care is a plus Ability to accurately monitor clients, take vital signs, and assist with medications Understanding of HIPAA and confidentiality standards Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist clients as needed CPR and First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with individualized care plans is highly desirable Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must successfully pass a criminal background check TB test required prior to start of employment (or proof of recent negative result) Qualified candidates will be contacted for the next steps in the hiring process.
