We provide comprehensive, person‑centered services within residential settings, including nursing, applied behavior analysis (ABA), case management, medication assistance, and skill acquisition supports. About the role Provide compassionate, hands‑on support to adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities in a home setting. In this role, you'll assist with daily living skills such as personal care, meal preparation, medication routines, and household tasks. You'll help individuals build independence by encouraging skill development, supporting personal goals, and promoting meaningful community involvement. You'll play an active role in ensuring each person's health, safety, and emotional well‑being while maintaining accurate documentation and following individualized support plans. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and dedicated to empowering adults to live fulfilling, self‑directed lives in a respectful, supportive environment. What you'll do In this 24‑hour adult support role, you'll provide continuous, person‑centered care to adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities in a residential home environment. Your work will include assisting with all aspects of daily living, such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, meal planning and preparation, medication administration, and routine household tasks that keep the home clean, safe, and comfortable. You'll help individuals build and maintain independence by teaching skills, encouraging self‑advocacy, and supporting participation in meaningful activities both inside the home and out in the community. You'll play an active role in maintaining a stable, supportive environment by monitoring health, behavior, and emotional well‑being, responding appropriately to changes, and following individualized support plans and safety protocols. Accurate documentation of services, observations, and incidents is an essential part of the role. Because this is a 24‑hour setting, reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team are critical. Above all, you'll contribute to a respectful, empowering home atmosphere where each person is treated with dignity and supported in living a fulfilling, self‑directed life. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening Reliable, punctual, and able to scheduled or extended shifts as required Comfortable assisting with personal care and household tasks Strong communication skills and a commitment to respectful, person‑centered support The pay range for this role is: 16.60 - 19 USD per hour(Lincoln House)
