Caregiver Pay:
$17.35- $20.
- 7:00 PM 8:00 AM
- 8:00 PM Short Shifts 7:00 AM
- 11:00 AM 8:00 AM
- 12:00 PM 4:00 PM
- 9:00 PM 5:00 PM
- 10:00 PM What You'll Do Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional support Encourage residents to remain active, engaged, and independent Accompany residents to appointments, errands, and community activities Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation and occasional pet care Document services provided using a mobile app Communicate changes in resident condition to supervisors Participate in required training and team meetings What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to communicate effectively in English Comfortable using a smartphone for timekeeping and care documentation Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to pass a background check and drug screen Preferred Qualifications Previous caregiving or similar professional experience Experience supporting seniors or individuals living with dementia CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain after hire) Background in customer service, hospitality, healthcare, or home care No professional caregiving experience?
