Responsibilities Safely operate vehicles for family errands, appointments, school runs, and travel needs, maintaining a clean driving record Assist with childcare duties such as supervising children's activities, preparing meals, and organizing educational or recreational outings Manage household tasks including cleaning, laundry, light housekeeping, and household organization to uphold a tidy and welcoming environment Coordinate household schedules, appointments, events, and travel arrangements with efficiency and attention to detail Support household management by supervising staff, overseeing property maintenance, and ensuring supplies are stocked and organized Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times Plan and execute family events or special occasions with attention to detail in logistics and hospitality Qualifications Proven experience as a personal assistant or family assistant in a private residence setting Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience in safe driving practices is essential Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in childcare, household management, cleaning, cooking, and hospitality is highly desirable Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Prior experience supervising household staff or managing property operations is a plus Knowledge of residential cleaning standards, laundry procedures, and housekeeping management techniques Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and family needs; punctuality is essential This role offers an engaging environment where your organizational talents and proactive attitude will make a meaningful difference in daily household life.
