Job description We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Care Aides. Candidates must be fluent in speaking English language. As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to individuals in need within the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities :
Teach/perform meal planning and preparation, routine housekeeping activities such as making/changing beds, dusting, vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning kitchen and bathroom, and laundry. Assist with following a written, special diet plan and reinforcement of diet maintenance, which is provided under the direction of a Physician and as identified in the care plan. Perform/assist with essential shopping/errands, which may include handling the client's money, in accordance with the care plan and under the observation of the Supervisor. Escort to medical facilities, errands, shopping and outings as specified in the care plan. Provide companionship, friendship and emotional support. Ability to work for an extended period of time while standing and being involved in physical activity. Performs simple procedures as an extension of the therapy services, e.g., range of motion (ROM) exercises as assigned. Qualification :
Must be eligible to work in U.S. Educational certificate (High school diploma, College certificate, C.N.A or any academic qualification that you have) 1 year of experience is preferred but not required. Have a sympathetic attitude toward the care of the sick and elderly. Ability to carry out directions, read and write. Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the job.
