Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced, dependable caregiver for an ongoing client assignment in the Mazon area. As a Caregiver with Flawless Family Home Care, you will have the opportunity to build a relationship with your client and provide attentive, one-on-one care based on their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Assist with toileting and incontinence care Help with mobility and transfer assistance Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping and laundry Remind clients of medication schedules Provide companionship and safety supervision Observe and report changes in the client's condition Complete accurate visit documentation through our mobile care app

Requirements:

At least 1 year of previous caregiving experience Comfortable providing hands-on personal care Dependable and able to consistently work Monday-Friday, 11:30 AM-3:30 PM Reliable transportation Valid driver's license and current auto insurance Professional and respectful when working in a client's home Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, clocking in and out, and visit documentation Able to complete required background screening, training, and onboarding requirements
